rgbDesigner is a colour design tool and image generator. This app is available via a monthly subscription. Regular updates including new image generators and gradient editing tools will be available free to subscribers.

On the Home page you can:

Use the settings to choose a default image format JPG / PNG

Share your palettes, gradients and Json developer info. Share your palettes in both image and HTML format. The image format can be useful for other painting and design apps where you can import an image as a palette. The HTML format is useful where you need #hex values for web design.
Offer colour choices to customers. Send your web designer a gradient in your clients signature colours.
-Import your palettes and gradients into the Photoshop or Pixelmator colour picker and save them for future use.

On the palette page you can:

Build palettes using swatches of rgb:r, rgb:g, rgb:b, and hub:hue.
Import an image and build your palette using the colour picker.
Refine them using the large scale fine tuner.
Undo/redo.
Save your palettes in an easy to navigate gallery
use the join function to combine palettes.
Settings on the palette page include swatches/slider options and a choice of numerical display formats.

On the gradients page you can:

Use your palettes to create fantastic, web ready gradients.
Customisation options let you produce remarkable gradients and give you real control
Tools include 9 gradient patterns, HSB, Undo/redo, 12 effects and the ability to manually edit gradients using single cell editing or range step editing.
Save your gradients for reuse in a user friendly gallery

On the images page you can:

28 different generators, each with parameters that allow complex customisation.
Set the size of your image using the presets or use the numerical keypad to create custom sizes.

Save your best images to the image gallery. These images preserve their setting when reimported. This is very handy when you have created a particularly compelling image which you would like to recreate in the future with a different colour gradient.
